1/2 can of Coco Lopez (cream of coconut with natural cane sugar)
Ice and water
I first discovered Coconut Lemonade at the foot of the snow capped volcano on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, South America in the city of Santa Marta. It is an exotic, and rich drink to quench the thirst. There are no lemons in this frozen drink. There are limes. Squeeze the juice of four limes into a blender. Add about a 1/2 of a can of Coco Lopez into the blender. Add some ice, and water if necessary. The end result is an intense array of tropical flavors for the palate. Since this drink is frozen, beware of brain freeze.
